The session will discuss progress on the implementation of voluntary land degradation neutrality targets, efforts to strengthen targeted capacity-building, updates on reporting procedures and tools, as well as progress on reporting on the strategic objectives and follow-up on policy frameworks from the sixteenth session of the Conference of the Parties (UNCCD COP16)
Consultations of affected country Parties of the Convention’s Regional Implementation Annexes for Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean, the Northern Mediterranean, and Central and Eastern Europe will be convened on 30 November 2025 at the Panama Convention Center ahead of CRIC 23.
