ECC Exhibition in the Republic of Korea
Dealing with themes such as water, natural resources and climate change, the exhibition shows how environmental degradation and resource scarcity can spark conflict and create new security risks. It also highlights the role that environmental cooperation and sustainable development can play in promoting peace and stability. The exhibition has been shown in more than 40 cities worldwide since 2005.

At the Korea University (KU) in Seoul:
- 10 to 30 October 2017: the ECC exhibition is hosted by KU at the International Studies Hall (2F)
- 10 October 2017: Mr. Weert Börner, Deputy Head of Mission at the German Embassy Seoul, holds a special lecture on the challenges and consequences of climate change at the International Studies Hall (#115)
- 23 October 2017: Forum on Climate Security - a Global Challenge
