High Level Conference on the Lake Chad Region

The Conference will bring together governments, multilateral and international organizations, and civil society actors engaged in the Lake Chad region to recommit to addressing the needs and building the resilience of over 10 million people still affected by the crisis. The goal is to galvanize efforts towards strengthening humanitarian assistance, resilience, crisis prevention and stabilization and sustainable development and mobilize political and financial support to enhance cross-border cooperation and tackle the crisis in the Lake Chad region.
