Farah AlAsa'ad
Farah AlAsa'ad is a sustainability strategist, consultant, and climate leader with executive education from the Harvard Kennedy School. She is the Founder & CEO of the Syrian Climate Pioneers Foundation and works internationally at the intersection of climate action, peacebuilding, and sustainable development. She is a Youth Diplomat Ambassador with Blue Peace Middle East and an alumna of the UNDP Climate, Peace & Security Experts Academy.
Farah has engaged in global climate processes under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, participating as a delegate, speaker, and side-event host at COP28 and COP29, contributing to dialogues around COP30, and serving as a delegate to the Bonn Climate Conference - Germany (SB sessions). Her work focuses on advancing climate–peace–security approaches and youth-inclusive policy frameworks within international negotiations.
Farah has extensive experience working with wide youth and women networks globally as a trainer and facilitator, delivering programs on leadership, climate advocacy, green entrepreneurship, and civic engagement. She has designed and led capacity-building initiatives that empower young leaders and women to translate climate ambition into community-based action and scalable ventures.
As an independent consultant, she advises startups, social enterprises, and institutions on sustainability integration, impact-driven business modeling, organizational strategy, and cross-sector partnerships. Her work centers on building resilient organizations, developing measurable impact frameworks, and aligning innovation with long-term environmental and social outcomes.
Farah is a recipient of the Arab Youth Pioneer Award and First Place National Winner of the Junior Chamber International Ten Outstanding Young Persons (TOYP) 2025, reflecting her leadership in sustainability, youth empowerment, and systems change.)
