This publication is the twelfth issue of the annual documentation presented by the Wilson Center’s China Environment Forum (CEF). This year’s discussion centres on the complex water-energy interconnection in the country that has drawn media attention both for its intensive hydropower development and for its pollution problems. Choke Point China is the current initiative of the CEF that offers further reports and multi-media sources.
