Oli Brown
Oli Brown is Associate Fellow in the Energy, Environment and Resources department at Chatham House, and a member of the Climate Security Expert Network. Between 2014 and 2018, Oli Brown was based in Kenya, where he coordinated UN Environment’s work to minimise the risks and impacts of disasters, industrial accidents and armed conflicts. Between 2010 and 2012, he managed a UN Environment programme in Sierra Leone, before which he was a senior researcher and programme manager with the International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD).
